Account details (name, email), order and download history, support messages, and technical data such as IP address, browser and device type. Sellers also provide payout details.
2. How we use it
To run your account, deliver purchases, process payments and refunds, prevent fraud, provide support, and send service emails. Marketing email is sent only if you opted in, and every message has an unsubscribe link.
3. Sharing
We share data only with providers needed to operate the service (payment processing, email delivery, hosting) and when the law requires it. Sellers see the order details needed to support a buyer. We do not sell your personal information.

5. Retention and security
We keep data while your account is active and as long as needed for records, tax and dispute handling. Passwords are stored hashed and access to data is restricted.
