1. Using MetaSonic
By creating an account, buying, or selling on MetaSonic you agree to these terms. You must be old enough to form a binding contract where you live and provide accurate account details.
2. Digital products and delivery
Products are digital (software, courses, guides and services). Downloads or access are delivered instantly after payment is confirmed. Because nothing ships, delivery means the files or access appear in your account.
3. Licence
A purchase gives you a personal, non-transferable licence to use the product unless the listing says otherwise. You may not resell, redistribute or share files or licence keys. Use products only on devices and accounts you own and in line with the law.
4. 30-day guarantee
If a product does not work as described, contact support within 30 days of purchase and we will fix the problem or refund you. Refunds can be refused where the product was heavily used, shared, or the issue was caused by misuse.
5. Prices and payments
Prices are shown at checkout in the listed currency. Payment is processed by our payment providers; we do not store full card details.
6. Sellers
Sellers must own or have the right to sell what they list, describe it honestly, and support their buyers. Plan fees, product limits, commission and payout terms are shown in the seller dashboard. We may remove listings or suspend accounts that break these terms.
7. Prohibited use
No fraud, malware, infringement of others' rights, abuse of the platform, or attempts to bypass payment, licensing or security controls.
8. Liability
Products and the service are provided as described, without other warranties to the extent the law allows. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product concerned.
9. Changes
We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version. Continued use after a change means you accept it.
